The might of city Xharnam boasts a number of magical items. With a magocracy, it is easy for the city to produce a number of magical items. One of these is known as the Xharnam Ribbons. Fairly rare, these ribbons of beautiful scarlet are able to make any non-magical weapon magical. All one has to do is tie the ribbons to the weapon of choice or even your own fists or legs, and the ribbon will grant a +2 attack and damage bonus. It also provides an extra 1d8 of magical force damage.
