The ring looks like a tiny golden dragon with little ruby eyes, who twist around your finger. When you are attuned to this ring, you can spend one charge to breath fire in an 15 ft. cone, dealing 3d6 fire damage or half as much, when they succeed at an dexterity saving throw (your spell dc).  If you die with this ring attuned your body burns up in to a pile of ashes. After you used the skill 5 times against enemies, it will upgrade.
