this power cell when loaded into either Wintreds arcane pistol or rifle will change the weapons damage type to the element of the cell

the cell has 10 charges 1 charge is equal to 1 shot, once all charges are spent the cell is unusable until a spell of 1ts level or higher with the same damage type as the cell is used.
