'Who knew Skeletons can write?'
Once owned by powerful yet crazed Wizard named Tim, his studies in wild magic slowly drove him insane. It is unknown where Tim is currently, as a freak accident caused him to become undead, only leaving him as a skeleton with red glowing eyes full of rage. Some say if you say his name he..
At first glance, the scroll seems like any old spell scroll that is rolled up with a light purple string. On further examination, the scroll has the symbols of all of the schools of magic lined up on the exposed side of the rolled up scroll. The scroll constantly emits an extremely powerful magical aura. If observed with detect magic, the scroll appears to contain every school of magic within it.
As an action, you can open the scroll to release the chaotic magics stored within the scroll to conjure a spell and inflict a condition. A target must be determined before making any roll, though the target(s) may change as seen on the chart. The spell must be rolled first and inflicted on the target before a condition is inflicted. The spell and condition have separate chances to backfire towards the user, as well as separate chances to fail to be conjured or inflicted. The spell and condition are determined by rolls, as seen by the chart below. Any spell conjured with the scroll that requires a saving throw has a DC of 18. The scroll has 3 charges; recharging with a long rest.
