You can use the wild shape ability while wearing this armor as if your [insert class] levels were Druid levels (circle features do not apply). The only difference is that the movement restrictions do not apply, and you gain the bark-skin spell (without concentration)

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
