This is not a magic item..
Scarp shot is a modified heavy crossbow with a crank firing mechanism. This version has utilized canisters of bolts so it can rapid fire multiple shots in a single action (up to 4).
When firing past the base shot there is a deduction in the accuracy, lowering your to hit roll depending on how many past the first shot. It cannot exceed 5 shots.

Proficiency with a Heavy Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
