The Tishkana Tribal Stone is a unique item that the tribe bestow as a gift unto those they consider allies. Due to their unique sign language, many individuals have trouble communicating with the tribe. The tribal stone functions as a translator that sends a simple telepathic message to the tribal member that gifted the stone, using the following rules:

• The usage of the stone is a bonus action.
• You send a short message of five words or less to the tribal member that gifted you the stone.
• The tribal member hears the message in its mind, recognizes you as the sender, and can answer in a like manner immediately.
• You can send the message across any distance, but not to different planes of existence.

If the tribal member, who gifted you the stone, dies, then the stone loses all its magical properties. If the tribal member loses trust in the receiver of the gifted stone, the tribal member can remove all magical properties of the stone as well.
