Magical Orb that may be thrown to a spot up to 30ft. When the user commands, it explodes with arcane energy out to a sphere of 20ft. Anything within this sphere jumps forward 1 hour in time, relative to everything outside of the sphere.

May only be used once per week (in-game time)
