This snowflake-shaped brooch is made of a silvery metal with an almost white sheen to it.

As an action, the wearer may utter the command word, upon which a heavy hooded winter cloak sprouts from the brooch, over the wearer's shoulders, and down their back. The cloak is considered cold weather clothing and wrapping yourself in it and pulling up the hood is enough to protect the wearer from the effects of extreme cold.

A second uttering of the command word causes the cloak to be absorbed back into the brooch. Whenever the cloak is summoned, it is clean, dry, and slightly worm, regardless of its shape when last used. However, any tears sustained in cloak form remain and must be repaired for the cloak to continue to function as cold weather gear.
