Staff (quarterstaff), legendary (requires attunement by a By a Wizard with the School of Necromancy.)

The staff is made of what looks like a humanoid spine with a human skull made of bloodstone on the top. worms crafted into the skull made out of Ruby that shine brightly. The eyesockets of the skull encase a quarts eye that glows faintly green when activated.

Gives the following effects: Resistance to Necrotic Damage, Attacks and Spells deal 1d8 necrotic bonus damage with this item, and gives the ability to use create undead up to three times and resets upon a long rest.

Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
