Wondrous Item, unknown rarity

A mysterious wooden jar sealed with a cork cap that summons a random psychedelic that can be divided into up to three doses for small to medium-sized humanoids. Emits a very faint green/turquoise luminescence when exposed to moonlight or magic light sources. 

Usage: Roll 1d10 twice. First roll determines good effect, second roll for bad effect of psychedelic.

Charges: Creates doses per below, limited to two uses per day.

Duration: Effects last until next short/long rest.
