This platinum staff is inlaid with gold dragon scales at its head, gems and baubles of varying sizes in the shaft, and gold gilding. It has an orb of solid adamantine clutched in draconic claws at its base. There is a crystal ball filled with molten gold at its top, and the gold dragon scales that surround it make it look like a blooming flower. The middle of the shaft is wrapped in a fine black leather. 

Holy Focus: You can use this staff as an spell focus or a holy symbol if you are a good aligned spellcaster. While attuned to it you gain a +2 bonus to your spell attack rolls and save DC. Any neutral creature that attempts to attune to this weapon fails and takes 3d6 radiant damage. Any evil creature that attempts to attune to this weapon fails and takes 7d10 radiant damage. An evil creature killed by this damage is turned to ash.
Magic Weapon: This magic staff can be wielded as a quarterstaff and grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. The staff has 7 charges and regains 1d4+3 charges daily at dawn. The staff also functions as a dragon slayer against all dragons except the metallic.
Golden Eruption: You can use an action and expend 4 charges to launch a blast of golden flame into the sky to crash down towards one creature of your choice within 60 feet of you. The creature and any others within 5 feet of it must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw taking 8d6 Fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Weakening Surge: You can use an action and expend 3 charges to cause a burst of weakening energy to shoot from the rod. Each creature within 15 feet of you must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or have disadvantage on Strength-based attack rolls, Strength checks, and Strength saving throws for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Fair Wisdom: You can use an action and expend 1 charge to cast beacon of hope from the staff.
