This old worn coin has a barely visible face on one side with a creature that is too worn to discern on the other. Neither the face nor the creature have any features that help to identify them. The creature may or may not have wings, but possibly tentacles or claws. The portrait is smooth from wear except for a faint outline that shows there once was a face on the coin at all. After attunment the coin will flash briefly and only once. If the player carrying the coin were to die they wake in another plane of existance greeted by a large being with wings, tentacles, and claws. It will offer them their life for a price. The bargain to be struck is up to the GM's discresion.
