Nobody seems to know what this rare tea is actually made from. This tea is poisonous when ingested. Yuan-Ti initiates and wanna be's drink it in hopes of becoming a bit more slithery or a touch more scaly. 

Upon ingestion, a DC 12 saving throw must be made. Failure results in the poisoned condition for 3 hours.
