Simple looking bracers made of cloth wrappings with old fading undecipherable runic inscriptions all around them. Touching these bracers seemingly beckons the wielder to channel their will through it, extending their self and form through it.
Without attunement, it is just normal cloth bracers that provide no benefits whatsoever to its user. Attunement can only be achieved by a monk.
Allows its user to channel and focus Ki through it, empowering unarmed strikes (+1 to attack and damage roll), and imbuing a dexterous ability to parry attacks (+1 bonus to AC if you are wearing no armor and using no shield) after attunement.
Additionally, its attuned user can use up as many Ki points they want, and "store" them in the bracers for later use as charges. These charges only last a day (24 hours, or until the next long rest, whichever comes first, and at the DM's discretion). The number of charges on the bracers can never be more than its user's Monk level, up to a maximum of 20 charges. The almost unseen old runic inscriptions glow faintly all around the cloth bracer briefly, before fading away again, when Ki is channeled through it to be "stored" this way.
Whenever its attuned user uses a Ki point to utilize the Flurry of Blows bonus action, they may then also utilize 1 charge on the bracer, to do 1 additional unarmed strike, on top of the 2 strikes Flurry of Blows already gives. The runic inscriptions glow brightly for a split second, granting its user a Ki-infused boost and martial swiftness.
