Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Required class Warlock)
Bestowed by the Old One, Ghaunadaur, That Which Lurks, a set that includes: a vaporizing device, cartridges that fit into the device, a glass jar that houses eyeballs of fallen enemies, and a bladed spoon for eye removal.
When the jar has collected 5 eyeballs, a new cartridge appears in the jar and the eyeballs disappear to the realm of Ghaunadaur.
As a bonus action, you may use the vapor device, expending one cartridge. Roll 1d20 and consult the below table. You can use a full action to roll 2d20 instead, taking the result of your choice.

| 1 | Go into a coughing fit. Take 1D4 damage and lose your action on your next turn. |
| 2-3 | You become nauseated. Speed is reduced by half for 1 minute (10 rounds). |
| 4-8 | You feel extra nimble. Speed is doubled for 1 minute (10 rounds). |
| 9-17 | An arcane energy courses through your veins. Add +4 to attack and damage rolls when casting Eldritch Blast for 1 minute (10 rounds). |
| 18-19 | The smoke consumes you into nothingness. Cast Invisibility on self. |
| 20 | Your choice from table. |
