This 5 foot staff is composed of one half of glowing magma rock and the other half made of dry ice (neither doing actual damage to the user just other who pick up the item. While holding the staff the elements grow up the arm of the user covering them in ice and fire respectively.
The staff has 8 charges, which are supplied. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: burning hands (1 charge), fireball (2 charges), or wall of fire (3 charges).
