A Witcher's amulet depicts his school, wolf, cat, bear or griffin. This amulet have 5 charges that are recharged at sunrise. If all charges are depleted it will require an ritual enchantment that takes 24 hours of meditation by an Witcher, a Sorcerer or a Mage, and uses (destroy):
- A pearl worth 100 GP
- A bloodstone worth 50 GP
- A pinch of silver (2 SP)
It has the following spells:
- Alarm: When the amulet is attuned to a Witcher, it has the Alarm spell casted on it and will vibrate (no sound) whenever an Monster enters the area and fails an Stealth check against the Witcher's Passive Perception. This spell is automatically casted daily and do not cost a charge.
- Detect Magic. When the amulet is attuned to a Witcher, it automatically cast a detect magic spell and will vibrate (no sound) when the Witcher succeed an DC 10 Passive Perception whenever either the Witcher comes 30 ft. closer to or a magical creature or object comes 30 ft closer of the Witcher. This use spend one charge but do not deplete the amulet if the last charge is used.
The Wolf School amulet also allows the Witcher to cast the Heroism spell spending a charge.
The Cat School amulet also allows the Witcher to cast the Expeditious Retreat spell spending a charge.
The Griffin School amulet also allows the Witcher to cast the Sanctuary spell spending a charge.
The Bear School amulet also allows the Witcher to cast the Protection from Evil and Good spell spending a charge.
