This thick, leather bound spellbook with a clock face on it's cover emanates time magic, and a feeling of hundreds of possibilities within it's pages. When found, the book contains the following spells: Gift of Alacrity, Fortune's Favor, Temporal Shunt, and Reality Break. It functions as a spellbook for you.
While you are holding the book, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells.
The book has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. You can use the charges in the following ways while holding it:
- If you spend 1 minute studying the book, you can expend 1 charge to replace one of your prepared wizard spells with a different spell in the book. The new spell must be related to Dunamancy.

Whenever you make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can spend one charge to roll an additional d20. You can choose to spend one charge after you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. You choose which of the d20s is used for the attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. You can also spend one charge when an attack roll is made against you. Roll a d20 and then choose whether the attack uses the attacker's roll or yours.
