As an action, this bloody strip of leather can can be wrapped around the hilt of any mundane bladed or pointed weapon. The weapon then gains the following powers. Every time this weapon deals damage to a creature that can bleed it gains a +1 bonus up to a maximum of +4. This persists for 1 minute after the last blow is struck. The wraps are always slightly bloody, tending to stain your hand, sheath, and belt. It bleeds more as the bonus increases. At +4 it bleeds like a mortal arterial wound. While the weapon has a bonus you cannot release or sheath the weapon.
