Created by the always tinkering Rock Gnomes. A simple bronze and copper box, that when opened produces a small flame until closed. This lighter may be used up three times -or- 1 hour, before needing to be refilled with lamp oil. If being used in windy or rainy conditions, must pass a Dexterity check to protect the flame from going out -or- burning yourself. (DC Based off conditions and DM judgement)
