This intricate helmet has been crafted to fit the head of a Dragon Born, once it is placed on and attuned to it will confirm to the wearer in such a way as to not impede there vision, in fact it offers advantage on all perception checks & confers dark vision out to 120 feet to the dragon born who wears it. The Wings on the helm allow wearer to 'fly' causing dragon looking wings to form on the back of the dragon born and granting a fly speed equal to their normal walking speed for up to 3 hours per day, all at once or in several shorter flights, each one using a minimum of 1 minute from the duration. If you are flying when the duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land. The wing are spectral in nature and thus can pass through most objects thus it is only your natural body size etc.. the dragon born need worry about.

However the really power of the helm is to BOOST the Wisdom and Intelligence of the dragon born wearer increasing them both to 16, while the helm is worn.
