These boots are imbued with a fragment of wind, allowing the wearer to temporarily bend and control the air around them. It has four charges, which recharge at dawn. These charges can be used for the following abilities:

• Tailwind. As a bonus action, expend one charge and cast expeditious retreat on yourself.
• Updraft. As a bonus action, expend one charge and cast Jump on yourself
• Cyclone Shield. As an action, expend two charges and cast Warding Wind on yourself
• Empty, and Become Wind. As an action, expend three charges and cast Gaseous Form on yourself only
