"The Devil's Mushroom", this is a 2ft tall toadstool with orange and red stripes across its beige cap. Uprooting or destroying a Timmask causes it to expel a 15ft radius cloud of poisonous spores. Creatures in the area must succeed a DC 14 CON saving throw or be poisoned. While poisoned in this way, the creature is under the effect of a confusion spell for the duration of 1 min. When the spell ends, the poison condition also ends.
Confusion:
An affected target can't take Reactions and must roll a d10 to determine the affect of confusion:
1: The creature uses all its Movement to move in a random direction. To determine the direction, roll a d8 and assign a direction to each die face. The creature doesn't take an action this turn.
2-6: The creature doesn't move or take Actions this turn.
7-8: The creature uses its action to make a melee Attack against a randomly determined creature within its reach. If there is no creature within its reach, the creature does nothing this turn.
9-10: The creature can act and move normally.
Once uprooted and the spores are released, this item acts as a small club.
Proficiency with a Club allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Damage: Bludgeoning, Damage, Cursed, Light, Slow
