This magical bow grants a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls you make with it. When you cast a necromancy spell, it grants a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls, and your spell save DC increases by 1. When a normal arrow is fired from this bow, it instead deals necrotic damage. When you fire a necromantic Arcane Shot from this bow, you deal an additional 1d6 necrotic damage.
You can cast the chill touch cantrip while you are attuned to this weapon, using Dexterity as your spellcasting ability. If you have the Extra Attack feature, you can make one ranged weapon attack with your bone bow when you cast chill touch.
When you deal damage with this weapon with an attack or spell, you regain hit points equal to half the damage you deal. You can use this feature once, and regain use of it at midnight.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
