Weapon (longsword), uncommon (requires attunement)

While the blade exists, this magic longsword has the finesse property. If you are proficient with shortswords or longswords, you are proficient with the tideslasher. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.

Whitewater. As an action you send a torrent of water forward in a 10-foot-wide, 50-foot-long line. All creatures in the area must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d8 bludgeoning damage and being knocked prone on a failure, or taking half as much damage and not being knocked prone on a success. Once you’ve used this feature, you can’t do so again until the following dawn.

Waterborne. When submerged in water, the size of Whitewater increases to a 15-foot-wide, 100-foot-long line.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
