How you managed to get this weapon doesn't matter. This weapon was meant to assist Gwusbwth, a time traveler, adventure throughout time, space, and dimensions. He collected many things from many universes. Saved many lives from stories that didn't have the best endings for characters. A story is being written about Gwusbwth, about him traveling though many different stories you may or may not have heard of. Please use this sword well, and try not to tarnish its story.
While it must be summoned by the wielder, it can be taken. This however isn't an issue since it can be summoned back to you or back out of existence. This weapon is meant to be two handed, but can be wielded with one hand and used with other equipment. It doesn't weigh anything to the wielder, but weighs about 45 lbs to anyone else. If anyone is able to actually swing or stab with the sword, it physically cannot hurt the owner. If it hits the owner, it stops on impact, and doesn't even push the owner. Ownership can be given to others by accolading them, or if someone picks up the weapon after its previous owner has been killed.

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
Notes: Damage: Slashing, If you are attacked with an amount of damage that is at least 1/2 your maximum HP, the damage instead does exactly 1/6 of your max HP (rounded up ;) ), Finesse, Vex
