The Tin Man Heart is a metal heart created by the gods which allow the user to Gain 50+ Health plus you gain the spell life transference. 

Roll a percentile dice and determine by the DM, Once the user uses a healing spell, and roll the percentage by the DM the healing spell and LVL will be substitute by life transference spell
