Weapon (longsword), unknown rarity (requires attunement)

While this weapon is on your person, you receive advantage on intimidation checks and are immune to being charmed or having your thoughts read.

While this weapon is on your person, you suffer disadvantage on wisdom-based skill checks.

On an attack roll of 16 or higher, you learn the surface thoughts of the targeted creature. Questions verbally directed at the target creature naturally shape the course of its thoughts, so this spell is particularly effective as part of an interrogation. The directed questions may be only mundane and contain no contextual requests.

On an attack roll of 3 or lower, you are assaulted by the surface thoughts of all creatures within 60 feet of you. Until the end of your next turn, the onslaught of information causes you to suffer disadvantage on all attack rolls and saving throws. Attack rolls against you are made with advantage. This effect can penetrate barriers, but 2 feet of rock, 2 inches of any metal other than lead, or a thin sheet of lead blocks you.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Weapon Property: Versatile, Advantage: Intimidation, Immunity: Charmed, Disadvantage: Wisdom Ability Checks, Damage, Buff, Combat, Versatile, Sap
