This weapon is considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance. This weapon has 5 charges and regains 1d4 charges when bathed ice cold water for 10 minutes. This weapon can only be recharged in this way once every 24 hours.
Wellspring: As an action you can expend one charge to create water, as per the create or destroy water spell.
Torrent: Using the Attack action, you can expend one charge to extend the blades reach as water extends from the blade in a whip-like fashion. If you're able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this effect replaces one of them. Your attack range for this strike now becomes 15 feet, and the attack now does 1d6 slashing damage + 1d4 cold damage.
Jet: As an action, you can spend 2 charges to propel yourself forward in a straight line up to 25 to an unoccupied space you can see. Each creature in a 10 foot-wide line between your origin and your destination must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw as high powered jets of water slice into them. A creature takes 6d4 slashing damage on a failed saving throw, or half as much on a success.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
