The wrath of stygias' purpose is twofold firstly it was made so that Morthos may bring the Solarian empire to a ruinous end, and also subjugate the followers of Asmodeus. this halberd appears to be shattered, held together by ice. its haft is wrapped in the flayed flesh of the followers of the Southern pantheon and that of the Archduke of theirs age. Currently, this halberd is kept in the vaults beneath the Citadel kept in a raging furnace so that its power is lessened, though not destroyed.
The Wrath of Stygia is a magic, sentient Halberd that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with
it.
You are immune to cold damage and have resistance to fire damage.
You can move across difficult terrain created by ice or snow without spending extra movement.
The ground in a 10-foot radius around you is icy and is difficult terrain for creatures other than you. The radius moves with you.
As a reaction when you take damage, you can entomb yourself in ice, which melts away at the end of your next turn. You gain 10 temporary hit points per level, which takes as much of the triggering damage as possible. Immediately after you take the damage, you gain vulnerability to fire damage, your speed is reduced to 0, and you are incapacitated. These effects, including any remaining temporary hit points, all end when the ice melts.
Spells. The Wrath of Stygia has 8 charges and regains 1d4 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you are attuned to the halberd,
you can use an action and expend 1 or more charges to cast one of the following spells (save DC 18) from it: Armor of agathys (5th-level version, 2 charges), Sleet Storm (1 charge), Icestorm (2 charges), or Cone of cold (3 charges).
Sentience. The Wrath of Stygia is a sentient, Lawful evil item with an Intelligence of 16, a Wisdom of 12, and a Charisma of 20. It has hearing and darkvision out to a range of 120 feet. The wand communicates telepathically with its wielder and can speak, read, and understand Infernal and Common.
Personality. The halberd's purpose is to bring ruin to Solarian Pantheon and to take over the church of Asmodeus. (Wip)
Proficiency with a Halberd allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
