You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. While the spear is on your person, you also gain a +2 bonus to saving throws.
Luck. If the spear is on your person, you can call on its luck (no action required) to reroll one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw you dislike. You must use the second roll. This property can't be used again until the next dawn.
Wish. The spear has 1 charge. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 charge and cast the wish spell from it. The spear loses this property after being cast.
The stress of casting this spell to produce any effect weakens you. After enduring that stress you take 8d10 necrotic damage. This damage can’t be reduced or prevented in any way. In addition, your Strength drops to 3 for seven days, if it isn’t 3 or lower already.

And yet methinks I have Astronomy,
But not to tell of good or evil luck,
Of plagues, of dearths, or seasons’ quality
