Weapon (longsword), rare (requires attunement by a 1 hour studying the blade.)

This finely crafted longsword is sheathed in a silver-chased scabbard. The sword is inscribed with the name "Zephyr", and its hilt is worked into a bird of prey with outspread wings.

While attuned to this weapon you gain a +1 to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. The bearer gains +2 to initiative rolls. During short or long rested the sword gently shifts it's blade to the west.

As an action, you can lunge 20 feet towards a creature you can see. Spectral wings erupt from your back as you sail through the air. If you are within 5 feet of the target creature, after your lunge, you can follow up with a melee attack. Once you use this feature you can't use it again until you use 30 feet of movement speed on one of your turns.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
