When Wielded by a Tabaxi, it provides advantage bonuses to all Dexterity or Wisdom based skill checks. It also allows the Tabaxi holder to ask a question of their ancestors once per day that is less than 20 words. The answer has the same length limit.
If the user is not of the Tabaxi Race, the yarn gives the wielder +1 to acrobatics checks and +10' to movement.
