Staff (quarterstaff), very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)

This golden lined staff holds a sapphire at its top, arcane glyphs can be seen inside that resemble the hands of a clock. The staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.

Time Bend. The staff has 6 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 2 of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: hasteslowThe staff regains 1d4+1 charges daily at dawn.

Alter Initiative. While holding this staff you can expend 1 of its charges to change the initiative order of one target creature that you can see. This effect can only be used while initiative rolls are being determined, and can only be used once per combat. If the creature shares an initiative order with another creature, you determine who acts first.

Time Stop. You can use an action to cast the time stop spell, requiring no charges. Once the staff is used in this way, it remains locked in time and disappears when the spell ends.

Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
