Red and Blue Colored Pod, about 1-2 inches long, similar to a corn kernel. However, when exposed to Lightning Damage, the pod takes an action maturing into a 5x5 foot sapling Xiomara's Blessing, provided the pod is on a surface permitting plant growth. Once the sapling matures, it produces the Calm Emotions spell within a 60-100 foot radius, DC 15. The spell lasts 24 hours or until the sapling is destroyed, whichever comes first.

The Xiomara's Blessing sapling has 100 HP (minimum) and is immune to all types of damage except Necrotic Damage.
If an hour passes and the sapling has not been destroyed, the sapling becomes permanent and cannot be removed unless it takes 100 HP (minimum) of Necrotic Damage in less than an hour. Once permanent, the sapling can be harvested for 1 new seed pod once every 3-5 decades.

The above-ground portion of the tree is nearly 100 feet tall, and its trunk is over 20 foot in circumference.

Xiomara's Blessing produces magical fruits that produce different effects depending on which of the following was picked:

1. Increase your AC by +5 for 1 hour

2. Receive temporary hit points equal to your Constitution modifier +1

3. Receive the spell Dragon's Breath for up to 24 hours, but only able to expend 1 use. Depending on the color of this particular fruit, will determine the type of Breath Weapon you receive.

5. Depending on the season will determine this fruit's effects;
a) Spring- This fruit is able to cure any sickness or disease and gives the creature a built-up immunity from whatever sickness or disease the creature has been cured from.

b) Summer- Creature receives a temporary (seasonal) immunity to any form of Fire Damage.

c) Fall- This fruit is able to give the creature the ability to bestow any given sickness or disease upon 1 other creature and can increase the speed of a creatures aging process by 30%.

d) Winter- Creature receives a temporary (seasonal) immunity to any form of Cold Damage.

Notes: If a branch from the Xiomara's Blessing is taken and exposed to Dragon's Blood, the branch with take the blood and crystallize it into an arcane focused crystal, creating a powerful wand or staff depending on the length of said branch.
