This Item is a brass orb etched with strange runes, sigils and Symbols known to few outside the Wicches' Society. On inspection a keen observer my parse that they relate to the astronomical, lunar and botanical sciences.

The device looks mechanical in nature, with tight seams running along its surface that appear to hinge at it's apex; here there is a dial arched by a loop, like that of a pocket watch.

If the dial is turned the orb opens into 9 segments, 6 of which contain spell components; 2 of which contain small mechanical devices for time-keeping and tracking the heavenly bodies; and the final containing a miniature spell book embossed on silver leaf.

When attuned to this Item you always know which way is north, you always know the number of hours left before the next sunrise or sunset and the Item acts a component pouch and Wizard's Spell book for as long as you are attuned.
