Wondrous Item, rare
This small crystal ball is covered with various runes of indeterminate nature. When thrown or hit with enough force the ball explodes in a 20-foot-radius storm of wild magic. Creatures in range must make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw or be effected by the blast. Roll on the table below to determine the effect.

| 1 | Creatures take 10d6 thunder damage and are pushed 15 feet away from where the grenade exploded. |
| 2 | Creatures and objects are shrunk via the "reduce" effect of the enlarge/reduce spell for 1d4 hours. |
| 3 | Creatures become subject to the curse of tripping for the next 1d4 hours. In combat whenever the creature attempts to walk during their turn they must make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw. On a fail the creature trips halfway through and lands Prone. This can only occur once per turn. |
| 4 | Creatures start laughing uncontrollably as if effected by the Hideous Laughter spell for 1 minute (saving throw DC is 15). |
| 5 | Creatures take 4d6 psychic damage and become muted for 1 minute. While muted creatures can't speak or cast spells the require verbal components. A spell that can remove conditions such as Lesser Restoration can end this effect. |
| 6 | Each creature is polymorphed into a Frog for 1d4 hours. |
| 7 | Creatures and objects not being warn or carried start to levitate 20 feet in the air as if effected by the Levitate spell for 1 minute. |
| 8 | Creatures become Frightened of everything around them (including items not being worn or carried) for 1 minute. |
| 9 | Creatures and objects not being held age 2d10 + 3 years. If a creature is aged past their regular age expectancy they instantly turn to dust. |
| 10 | A loud pompous voice shouts an insult in common at each creature that failed its saving throw. If no creatures were effected the voice sighs and vocalizes its disappointment. |
