Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)
While attuned to this item, the wearer can use their action to cause the feather to burn like incense. Water, suffocation, and winds cannot put the feather out. The burning does not damage the feather but does go out after 10 minutes or when you reach 0 hitpoints. While the feather burns, choose 3 of the following:
- Resistance to radiant damage, as well as bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks.
- Advantage on Charisma(persuasion), Charisma(intimidation), and Wisdom(insight) checks.
- Proficiency in Charisma saving throws, if you already have proficiency, add your proficiency bonus to it. This does not apply if you are already adding your proficiency bonus through other means such as expertise.
- When you hit a creature with an attack, you deal radiant damage equal to your charisma, wisdom, or intelligence(Choose when you activate the feather) score.
- You have advantage on attack rolls that deal radiant damage.
- You gain a flying speed of 40 feet, and you can hover.
- Immunity to spells and abilities that would reveal your location, thoughts, or information about you or any items you are wearing, carrying, or are attuned to.
- You do not suffer the effects of any exhaustion points you may have.
When the feather goes out, the wearer suffers 1 point of exhaustion.
