Formerly a whistle played by well renowned bard of the Sword Coast, Ziyech, this magically attuned item grants the user in combat, the ability to impair a single creature's hearing (within 15 feet of the user) if the creature fails a WIS 10 DC saving throw. The creature is forced to role with disadvantage on it's next turn. This whistle can only be used once per long rest.
