Common wool cloak. Can be worn over armor and has a hood. Gives protection from the elements and can serve as a bed roll.

If used as a bed roll during a long rest, Wearer regains one addition hit die that can be used to heal on short rest. Also the wearer gets emotionally attached to the item. To sell or give away wearer must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw.
