Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Wearing the Fin)

To use the Yaka Arrow the Fin must be permanently attached to the wielder’s head, the Fin can be unattuned and still remain in place without side effects though if the fin is removed there is a 200gp cost to fix it a make it usable again.

Use a Bonus Action to mentally control the Yaka arrow, it can move up to 200ft in a round, solid objects such as walls or doors do not hinder the Yaka Arrow (ignores all cover) and can target as many creatures within its 200ft movement range that the wielder wishes (can only attack each creature once), the attack is +2 and damage is 4d8+4 piercing damage. The Yaka Arrow can only work within a 500ft radius of the wielder (Works through solid surfaces) and any attacks where the target is out of line-of-sight with the wielder are made at disadvantage.

Notes: Damage: Piercing, Wearing the Fin
