Wondrous Item, artifact

A mysterious stone, from unknown origins. A clear blue stone, with 9 star shaped objects in a circle pattern inside the stone itself. Depending on how many Reactor Bands are attached to the Star, it will show how many by lighting up the stars inside the stone. It gives off a warm, comforting heat. The Wishing Star can be used, by thinking of what the creature considers a 'home', to teleport themselves into a pocket dimension inside the star itself. Inside the Star, it is equipped like it was a living space for 8. if the entire party is inside the star, Time stops moving outside the Wishing Star. Inside there are three doors, each leading to incarnations of strong enemies of other universes or times.

If beaten, these trials unlock more utilities inside the Star. Being dropped to 0 health while in the Wishing Trials transports you to lounge area at the health you entered the first trial with. 

You cannot enter the Wishing Star if you are in combat.

While inside the Wishing Star, creatures cannot short or long rest unless they've completed enough Trials to unlock that ability.

If 1 Trials have been completed, creatures may short rest inside of it.
If 3 Trials have been completed, Creatures inside the Star can telepathically communicate with a Reactor Band holder outside of the star.
If 5 Trials have been completed, The Wishing Star can teleport to cities previously visted. 
If 7 trials have been completed, The Wishing star will permanently gift each participant a Potion of Short Rest in between Rooms of Trials. These must be used when given and cannot be taken out of the room they were given in. 
If 9 Trials have been completed, The Wishing Star can innately cast Clone. 
If 12 Trials have been completed, The Wishing Star enables the Spell Combiner feature.
If 15 Trials have been completed, Creatures may Long rest inside. Showtime Attacks are increased to twice per battle.
If 17 Trials have been completed, The Potions of Short Rest are permanently upgraded to Potions of Long Rest.
If 20 Trials have been completed, The Wishing Star can teleport to any known location. 
If 23 Trials have been completed, The Clone gestation time is cut in half, to 60 days.
If 25 Trials have been completed, Showtime attacks can be done three times per battle.
If 28 Trials have been completed, The Potions of Long Rest can be taken outside of their respected rooms.
If 30 Trials have been completed, Creatures may now enter The Wishing Star in combat, but they cannot rest while inside. This takes an Action.

Each Boss from the Trial that has been defeated will also gift to you a powerful magic item related to them, either it being an ability, weapon or trinket gained from them during their original appearance in their respective campaign or setting.

Notes: Must be attuned by creatures owning the item Reactor Band. Does not take up an attunement slot.
