An armor teeming with the life of the woodlands.  It appears as a scaled armor made of stones and petrified bark, held together by sturdy looking vines and interwoven branch growths that is incorporated into an Edarokithyr's form.

Spells.  You can use an actions to expend 1 or more of the staff's charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: animal friendship (1 charge), barkskin (1 charge), Absorb Elements (1 charge), Locate Animals or Plants (2 charges), Speak with Plants (3 charges), Wall of Thorns (6 charges).

Sentience.  Woodland vestments can range in alignment but normally are Good-aligned beings.  Their minds function in a way that only druids can interpret and Edarokithyr can truly, completely understand and comprehend.  It has an Intelligence of 14, a Wisdom of 16, and a Charisma of 10.  It uses tremor sense to feel it's surroundings with a range of 60 feet.
The armor can speak to a being telepathically, but it's mind works much like a tree would, slowly and over a time-frame that requires the mind of a similar being to truly comprehend complex ideas.

Personality.  The armor is kind to and acts in the advancement of it's Edarokithyr wearer.   It lives in a mutualistic relationship with the wearer, offering them protection and often taking actions to ensure their wearer's survival such as warning them of danger, to hardening itself, to even casting spells using it's own energy to protect their wearer.  However, it's mind takes longer to process then that of races like humans, and thus it isn't always capable of reacting to things.
Some vestments are old, sprouting from other vestments that could be thousands of years old, retaining bits of wisdom from previous wearers and generations.  Occationally able to bring these wisdom's to bear for their wearer.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
