Weapon (longbow), artifact (requires attunement by a Weapon (Longbow), Artifact (Requires attunement by a Cleric with a +3 to Wisdom or higher)

A ornate golden bow, with multiple pulleys and mechanisms visible. 

Ticcu's Divination starts with a +1 to attack rolls and damage. Upon reaching level seven, the bonus increases to a +2, and +3 at level thirteen.
When any arrow is nocked within the bow, it glows with a orange energy.

Sacred Flames. When you shoot an arrow, you may choose to use this feature. The currently nocked arrow turns into pure radiant shafts, curving towards the target granting a additional +4 to hit as well as ignoring half and 3/4 cover. Upon a hit with this feature, the shafts stick into the target. As long as a shaft is in a target, the marked enemy has disadvantage on stealth checks until the shaft is gone. The implanted shafts also grant 10ft of dim light around the target. No damage occurs upon marking the target.

Causality Arrows. Attack rolls using Ticcu's Divination while NOT using Sacred Flames against a marked target have advantage. Hitting a marked target with an arrow deals +1 longbow damage, as well as causing the shafts to explode, dealing 2d8 radiant damage, and rendering the creature no longer marked. Any creature within ten feet of the marked target must make a constitution saving throw, with a DC of 8 plus your Wisdom modifier. Upon a failure, the creature is blinded until the end of your next turn. Creatures who cannot see, or naturally emit bright light themselves, are immune to this effect. Upon a critical hit, the damage is increased by an additional 1d12, and saving throws against the blinding effect have disadvantage.

Any bludgeoning or piercing damage dealt to a marked creature detonates the shafts unless they are trying to not strike those locations. Shafts detonated by damage not from Ticcu's Divination deals 2d6 radiant damage instead of 2d8.

You may add your Wisdom modifier instead of Dexterity modifier to all rolls made for this weapon that would normally use Dexterity.

 

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
