The twin dice are fearsome in their malformity. At one point, these two eyes once belonged to a sinister hag but have since been removed from their original cavities many years ago. Now as you see them, the eyeballs have been flattened disgustingly and purposefully on six individual sides, with abysmal scar-markings etched onto each side noting value of some kind. The irises of each eyeball are a dull green and seem to lifelessly peer awkwardly whichever direction they are rolled.
The Wretched Eyeball Dice Set comes with six charges total available. Using both one action and expending one charge, the attuned player can choose to roll the dice set once for each value in their proficiency bonus. The dice only offer a magical effect if doubles are rolled. The limit of times a player can roll to attempt a success is set by the player's proficiency bonus score at the moment of attunement. The dice can expend two charges per day. Afterwards, the dice have no magical abilities. Charges refill at dawn.

5 | The attuned player is blessed for one hour. In addition, a random ally the player is within 60 feet of is affected by the curse for the same duration. (DC=Proficiency Bonus + total constitution score). |
6 | The attuned player is cursed for one hour. Any one enemy (with a CR rating equal to the attuned player's current level) the DM chooses within 200 feet is blessed for one hour. (DC=Proficiency Bonus + total constitution score). |
