When you hit a creature with an Intelligence of 2 or lower with this weapon, they must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of you until the end of their next turn.
When you hit a creature already frightened by you you speak a one-word command to a creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or follow the command on its next turn. The spell has no effect if the target is undead, if it doesn't understand your language, or if your command is directly harmful to it. (See the spell command)
