This hide and carved wood mask is shaped in the likeness of a Yeti's visage. This mask provides considerable resistance to the elements, assisting in keeping its wearer's head warm in cold climates. In addition to hiding your true appearance, you gain advantage on charisma (persuasion) or (intimidation) checks made with Yeti or Yeti-allied creatures; although you yourself do not look like a Yeti merely by wearing the mask.

While wearing the mask, you can use it to cast the fear spell as an action. When you do so, the eye sockets of the mask glow red for the duration. The DC for this spell is 15, and the range of the spell is a 60ft cone rather than 30ft. After the mask is used in this way, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
