One of these small amulets is in the shape of a wagon wheel. Throwing it upon the ground and uttering a command word causes the wheel to grow into a normal-sized covered wagon. It can remain in that form indefinitely, until the command word is uttered again. The amulet (in wagon form only) can be used to cast the spells Phantom Steed and Leomund’s Tiny Hut. When used to cast Phantom Steed two spectral steeds appear hitched to the wagon ready to pull it. Should someone try to unhitch the horses, they disappear instantly. Leomund’s Tiny Hut blends in perfectly with the exterior of the wagon's appearance, so it is not possible to tell that the spell is in effect until someone steps inside. When the spell effect ends, the wagon remains and it can not be used again until the next sunset.
