Weapon (longsword), very rare (requires attunement by a creature with proficiency with swords.)

Looking much like it has no blade at all, this hilt bursts into a sword of lightning when attuned to, and when used to attack with it does an extra 1d6 lightning damage and 1d4 thunder damage. It has 10 charges, which can be used to cast Thunderwave (1 charge), Lightning bolt (3 charges), Call lightning (4 charges) and Chain lightning (7 charges). It regains all expended charges at dawn. If all its charges are used up, roll a d20. On a 20, it regains one charge. On a 1, the lightning blade goes back into the hilt and this weapon cannot be used again until the next dawn, at which it only regains 1d10 charges instead of the normal 10

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
